Pre-bid Meeting #2 scheduled for Tuesday September 15th at 3pm will be relocated to the Lake County Administration Building at 18 N County St, Waukegan, IL 60085. Please meet Lake County Staff near the elevator bank just past security.

Question 1: Is there additional information regarding the ceiling system replacement?

Answer 1: Sheet 1.MHD10B Sheet Notes; #06 states "Contractor shall remove and replace existing metal panel security ceiling system with new part as part of this project". Specs for the new metal panel security ceiling system are contained in Document #7 - Detention Ceiling Specification.

**To allow for this addendum, Lake County Purchasing has changed the bid opening date to Friday October 9, 2026 at 11:00am CDT.**
