Q: What is the estimated construction budget?
A: In accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), LCPW is unable to share the EOPC until after the contract is awarded.
Q: Do you have Union Requirements?
A: No. Lake County's Responsible Bidders Ordinance requires all bidders and subcontractors to participate in apprenticeship programs licensed and registered with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship for each of the trades contemplated under the awarded contract.
