Addendum 1

Question: Do the abandoned water mains (Item 20 and 21) need to be filled with anything? The SP4 - ABANDON EXISTING WATER MAIN talks about plugging both ends but then it also mentions pumping access points but not the fill material.

Answer: Lake County Public Works only requires plugging the ends of abandoned main, Filling main is not required by Public Works.
