Page 5 "Project Timeline" of the RFP Documents currently states "Wednesday, March 2, 2026..." as the date of the Pre-Proposal Meeting.

Corrected to: "Monday, March 2, 2026..."

Question: How do I register for the Pre-Proposal Meeting and where is it located?

Answer: Per the posting: "Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held remotely via Zoom at the link available under the "Events" tab."

Addendum #3

Q: Please confirm Lake County will perform the TABE testing for all participants.

A: Lake County Workforce Development will partner to perform the TABE testing for all participants.

 

Q: I understand the participants must be high school seniors, but does that mean we need to wait to enroll them in August 2026 once they have begun their senior year or, is it ok to begin enrolling participants after they’ve completed their junior year and have registered for their senior year and the contract has started in July 2026?

A: Students who are rising seniors and on track to graduate within the program time frame meet this requirement.

 

Q: Can you clarify what kind of documentation you require for English Language Learning students. CRSM has ESL Program Letters from their 8th-grade testing. Is that sufficient for rising seniors?

A: Sufficient documentation may include: validated assessment results, case notes from career planner and/or educator, self-attestation in a written affidavit and verified by career planner and/or educator.

 

Q: In this RFP there is a space to upload 5 Submittal files. I'm assuming those files encompass the full proposal we should submit. Is there any guidance/preference on what should be contained in each of those 5 files?

A: Submittal files should include the proposal narrative, the required attachments and forms, staff resumes/position descriptions, additional documentation supporting the narrative, scope of work and budget.

 

Q: Is there a preferred font, font size, or formatting for any of the narrative pieces?

A: Size 12 Font. Reasonable number of pages, preferably under 15 pages.

Addendum #4

Question: "The RFP states a requirement for various insurance for this program. Are we supposed to submit these documents at time of application, or will you ask for them later?"

Answer: Certificates of Insurance will be requested at time of award, if selected. Not required with submissions.

Question: Is the PowerPoint that was presented on March 2, 2026,  for Contract 26153 available to view?
