QUESTION: It appears the required electronic documents in PDF form can be uploaded through the RFP website, is a thumb drive version also required to be delivered with the hard copy submissions? If either the website submission or thumb drive option is acceptable, is one or the other preferred?

RESPONSE: DO NOT UPLOAD your proposal in the portal, please follow the instructions noted within the RFP for the hard copy submission of your proposal to the location noted no later than deadline time and due date of 2:00PM April 21, 2022
