Question 1: Due to the overhangs on the Courthouse, specifically at the Washington and County St corner, would an articulating boom lift be required?
Answer 1: The Courthouse Tower has a built-in rig for individual hanging.
Question 2: Will traffic on Washington be closed during cleaning of the Skyway?
Answer 2: Washington will not be closed, and it is usually completed on weekends when traffic is lighter.
