Answer: No.
Addendum #2
Question: Can you please confirm Professional Liability coverage is not needed?
Answer: Per Bid Documents Article 6.03 Contractor's Insurance Section H. If you are not furnishing design, architectural, engineering consulting, or any other services which would fall under the purview of Professional Liability coverage, you would not need to carry Professional Liability coverage.
Contractor’s professional liability insurance: If Contractor will provide or furnish professional services under this Contract, through a delegation of professional design services or otherwise, then Contractor shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining applicable professional liability insurance.
Question: What is the estimated construction budget?
Answer: In accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), LCPW is unable to share the Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Costs until after the contract is awarded.
