To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  The project consists of furnishing and installing protective shields, removing the existing wood deck, removing and replacing approximately 10% of the structural steel (edge bearing channel) and constructing new pressure-treated wood decks.  The project includes temporary path closures.  Traffic Control and Protection will be required.
