To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. This project will add new traffic signals to the intersection of Sunset Avenue and Northern Avenue in Waukegan as well as updating curb ramps and adding a portion of sidewalk along Northern Avenue.
