To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. HMA surface removal, Class D pavement patching, HMA binder and surface course, PCC curb and gutter and PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, and related items.
