The Lake County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract to provide phones, tablets, mail screening service, and a video visitation system for the inmates at Lake County Jail (LCJ). LCSO is also looking for the contract to include a full-time on-site administrator to monitor the day-to-day operations related to the awarded contract. It is LCSO’s intent to award this contract to one vendor for all inmate communication.
