It is the intent of Lake County, Illinois to contract for HV/AC preventative maintenance services from a qualified, licensed Contractor to provide all materials and labor to perform Preventative Maintenance on the HV/AC units included in the Equipment List Exhibit A and B, herein, per all terms, conditions, and specifications.  In addition to HV/AC maintenance, this bid shall also cover HV/AC repairs, when authorized in writing by Lake County or the City of Waukegan.  Contractor shall submit written proposals for additional repairs, as needed.  Repair prices shall be based on the Unit Prices quoted herein.  In addition, it is the intent of Lake County that the Unit Prices will be used in the event that Lake County elects to purchase HV/AC Maintenance or HV/AC Repairs for any other Lake County Facilities, including other locations in Waukegan and Libertyville.
