To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  The purpose of this project is to replace the superstructure of the Dilleys Road Bridge over Mill Creek. The updated superstructure requires the profile of the road to be raised which will require roadway resurfacing and improvements to accommodate the new bridge type. This project includes pavement removal, concrete and hot-mix asphalt paving, curb and gutter, guardrail, and steel bridge railing.
