To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. Bike path, sidewalk and retaining wall construction, curb and gutter replacement, milling and resurfacing, erosion control and protection, drainage structure adjustments and construction, storm sewer construction, traffic signal modification, earth excavation and embankment, traffic control and protection, landscaping, pavement marking, and related works.
