To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT "Certificate of Eligibility" and obtain an approved LCDOT "Authorization to Bid". This project consists of full depth concrete and partial depth HMA patching using various materials, crack filling, pavement markings, curb and gutter removal and replacement, ADA / sidewalk improvements, and other related restoration work.
