To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”.  This project consists of the pulverization of the existing pavement and the construction of Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder and Surface Courses at certain locations. At other locations, it also consists of milling off the existing hot-mix asphalt road; constructing Class D Patches, Leveling Binder and Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course. Coordination with Avon Township will be required. Traffic Control and Protection for the work zone is also required.
