To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. The proposed partial depth hot-mix asphalt patching consists of milling 2" and resurfacing with 2” of hot-mix asphalt surface course. Contingency quantities of detector loops and short term pavement markings are included. Traffic control and protection is also required.
