To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. This work consists of routing, cleaning and sealing transverse and longitudinal cracks in hot-mix asphalt pavement and portland cement concrete pavement. The work will be performed at various locations on Lake County highways. In addition, Vernon Township is also soliciting bids for crack sealing on various township roads. Traffic control and protection is also required.
