QUESTION: The attached EXCEL document has listed quantities and specifications for 9 different items. Are we to provide cost for these quantities for all 9 of the listed items? for example: Vinal Banner and retractable banners. Would you need cost for 1,000 -100,000? What Quantities should we quote for each of the 9 items?
RESPONSE: An updated Excel Cost spreadsheet has been posted with quantities listed for each item.
QUESTION: Online Portal I’m assuming the portal would host 40 different items & Each item would either be a pick from inventory or a print on demand item. Please confirm.
RESPONSE: Yes, pick from inventory or print on-demand. Current portal has 87 items and counting (includes English and Spanish versions of many items.
QUESTION: The Endurance Silk and Gloss listed, is now known as Finesse Silk and Gloss. Endurance was a private label name that is no longer used. Endurance and Finesse are the same exact sheet.
RESPONSE: OK and noted.
QUESTION: The Rack Cards list 100# Endurance Silk Text as the paper. Is this correct? or should it be 100# Endurance/Finesse Silk Cover.
RESPONSE: Cover
QUESTION: Should mail service be included for the Large Postcards?
RESPONSE: Please include the cost based on quantities indicated as well as all of Lake County (households only), with and without mail service.
QUESTION: For Banners, should we be quoting 500 through 3,000 Banners? Even 500 Banners seems quite high.
RESPONSE: Please see updated Excel cost spreadsheet for qty on Banners.
QUESTION: Is delivery to be included in the item price, or determined per project?
RESPONSE: In past experience, for each project we have let the vendor know if we want the item to be delivered to a location, or added to the ordering portal.
QUESTION: How many potential delivery locations exist?
RESPONSE: Primary locations that we request delivery to include:
- Lake County Health Department, 3010 Grand Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085
- Belvidere Medical Building, 2400 Belvidere Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085
- Libertyville Health Center, 18698 W Peterson Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048
- Midlakes Health Center, 224 W Clarendon Dr, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073
- North Chicago Health Center, 2215 Audrey Nixon Blvd, North Chicago, IL 60064
- North Shore Health Center, 1840 Green Bay Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035
- Zion Health Center, 1911 27th St, Zion, IL 60099
- Occasionally other locations that share campuses or are near the above listed locations
QUESTION: For price grid, use the larger quantity breakdowns (cells A5 - A12 on price sheet) or the smaller quantity breakdowns (cells A26 - A37 on price sheet) for each item?
