Contract No. 21-00110-15-BT - Washington Street Bike Path

To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. The work consists of a new bike path along the south side of Washington Street from Mainsail Drive to US 45 and on the north side of Washington Street from US 45 to Almond Road as well as new sidewalk along the north side of Washington Street from Sextant Drive to Mainsail Drive and along the South side of Washington Street from Tanqueray Drive to Almond Road. The proposed improvements will also include upgrade of sidewalk corners to current ADA requirements, spot concrete curb and gutter removal and construction, and retaining walls where needed. In addition, landscaping items, tree planting, pavement patching, frame and lid adjustments, storm sewer, and pavement markings and all associated work necessary to complete the project.
