Contract No. 18-00999-57-EG - Russell Road at Kenosha Road and Lewis Avenue

To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT “Certificate of Eligibility” and obtain an approved LCDOT “Authorization to Bid”. This project consists of the reconstruction of the intersections of Russell Road and Kenosha Road/47th Avenue and Russell Road and Lewis Avenue/39th Avenue. The intersections are being converted from 4-way stop intersections to roundabouts. Between the intersections, Russell Road will be resurfaced and widened to the County typical section. The roadways will be reconstructed with full depth HMA pavement. Additional work includes earthwork, ditch and storm sewer construction, erosion control measures, landscape restoration and other related work.
