Contract No. 24-00173-20-BT - Robert McClory Bike Path Crossing Improvement

To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT "Certificate of Eligibility" and obtain an approved LCDOT "Authorization to Bid". This project improves Robert McClory Bike Path at 2 IDOT jurisdictional roadway crossings and one LCDOT jurisdictional roadway. This includes installing pedestrian refuge islands, solar powered rectangular rapid flashing beacons ( overhead and post mounted), removal and replacement of sidewalks, concrete curb/gutter, resurfacing crosswalks, and installing pavement markings. Traffic control (roadway and path), as well as temporary sediment and erosion control are non-permanent components of the project. No lighting or traffic signal work aside from what is needed for the rapid flashing beacons is included.
