Contract No. 18134 - Inmate Food and County Cafeteria

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified firm(s) to provide all necessary labor and supplies for a high quality, cost effective food service for the Lake County Jail and Courthouse Café, and coffee kiosk.  This includes, but is not limited to all necessary labor, meal planning, food procurement, food preparation, inventory, and staffing for all operational functions
