Contract No. 20067 - Effective Practices in Community Supervision (EPICS - II) Training

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) the 19th Judicial Circuit Court is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified firm to provide training designed to train all Probation Officers and Juvenile Counselors , both juvenile and adult in EPICS  - II.  EPICS - II creates a consistent approach in interacting with offenders, while at the same time appreciating the unique nature of each individual officer's role.  By blending the traditional law enforcement approach with a social work approach corrections professional can be more effective in promoting long-term public safety and helping offenders develop a functional lifestyle.
