To bid on this project, Contractors shall be required provide a valid IDOT "Certificate of Eligibility" and obtain an approved LCDOT "Authorization to Bid". This project consists of resurfacing of a northern portion of Cedar Lake Road, as well as replacement of numerous sidewalk ramps. Mill 4.50", 4.50" HMA Overlay from Monaville Rd to Rollins, 2.25" mill, 2.25" overlay from Rollins to Hart.
