It is the intent of Lake County, Illinois is seeking costs for a digital orthoimagery project to be flown in the spring of 2017. The counties of Kane and McHenry are also interested in participating by leveraging this Contract. The provision of these specifications is not a guarantee that a project will take place.   All data, data deliverables and documentation generated by this project will become the property of the participating county/counties and will be made available to the public according to their data distribution policy. The Contractor shall not have a copyright, exclusive license or right to distribute or sell any of the deliverables.
